Would like to see a chatbot that can be embedded into a landing page rather than a floating action button. Weโ€™d like to have our users go to this page for chat help but not have to take up real estate in the UI with the widget. ---

We really like this option for us to properly use the chatbot. It would resolve our issue where we hit the limit of views very quickly (few days) because the chatbot is displayed on each page load. The way we use the bot may be slightly different to others. We upload a JSON file with details of our products and customers can ask questions/search what they are looking for. If we could embed the chatbot on a single page (ChatGPT style) this would reduce the unecessary amount of views for the bot. This would be a great addition for us. ---

Weโ€™ll keep this idea in mind and see for more votes from the community ๐Ÿ™‚ Just in case, Iโ€™d like to clarify that with the embed layout the widget will also be loaded on each page load and the amount of views will be reduced only if you install it to one page instead of all pages of your website. However, the floating chatbot can be installed to specific pages as well ๐Ÿ™‚ ---

Hey Max, Currently we have the script loading on each page on our Mangento platform in the HTML head. Hence why itโ€™s loading on all pages. This make sense if you wish to have the floating chatbot. We were thinking more like embedding the script onto a single CMS page (like the Blog widget) and then only when user browses that page and use the Chatbot will a view be used. It will also work well for us because we can use the whole page real estate for the chat conversation. Similar to ChatGPT. Hope that makes sense. ---

Hi Max, Just been thinking about this some more and throwing around some ideas. I do think that there should still be a popup widget option like we currently have. As some would like to use this. Possibly a option in General where you can switch the chatbot between two modes. 1. Popup widget style 2. Embed on page The embed on page idea that we are looking for would be similar to a ChatGPT or Gemini. I have added a simple rough mockup of how it could look on the embed page.
