# Date field: problem with label position

Date field: label doesnt go above the input but inside it.  
It’s with form-builder App whereas it’s correct in Contact form App.

Hi @user12433 👋

To display the label above the field, go to the Appearance tab, click Form fields and choose Outside for the Label position:
