# Countdown Timer: Enjoy enhancements for the Phone field

We’ve released a bunch of improvements for the Phone field of the Form element in the [Countdown Timer](https://elfsight.com/countdown-timer-widget/) app 🛠

- The issue with the detection of Canadian numbers was fixed

- Hong Kong and Ukraine are now available in the list of country codes

- We’ve fixed the bug, where the “Required” option validation for phone numbers didn’t work correctly after setting the value through the widget API
