With 100’s of sites, we need to bulk update periodically. Right now, if we do that it deletes all tags and categories.

Hi Max. Do you know if there is a way to import categories or tags from the initial excel document imported. Like, if we add a category column to the csv with the searchable values I’ve created in my store locator. Will that work. What about for stores or listings that have multiple category tags. Please advise. I didn’t see a category or tags heading in the sample excel import document provided. We have approximately 2500 locations in our store locator so doing it manually isn’t really an option for us.

Also , is there any backend database access to the listings… like a file that we might be able to manipulate to bulk change some of these categories. That may work for us a well. Possibly codable through CSS maybe?

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to import tags and categories now. I am so sorry!

We really hope the devs will be able to prioritize this request as soon as possible. Once we have any news, we’ll immediately update you here.
