[Bug] Red Half-Moon Element Appears Inside Configurator

Hi Elfsight Team,

Suddenly, a red "half-moon’ shaped element is displaying inside our configurator (along the bottom-right edge of screen). See below.

I disabled our custom CSS rules and JS code, but it’s still there.

Please review and provide a fix.

The issue has gone since yesterday, but we haven’t done anything with it on our end. Our devs are investigating why this issue occurred. I’ll keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:

I noticed it yesterday. Still there as of a few minutes ago (5 Aug @ 1041 UTC).

EDIT: Just noticed that this had been logged against the AI Chatbot. In my case, it’s happening with all widgets.

Hey everyone!

Our dev team has been investigating the red dot appearing next to the chatbot. We monitored the issue for a while but couldn’t reproduce it again.

Since it only appeared in the configurator and didn’t affect the widget functionality on live websites, we’ll leave it as is for now. We’ll keep an eye on it and investigate further if the issue comes back.

Agree. I’ve been monitoring this as well. Red half-moon element no longer appears in our configurator. Thank you!

Gone here as well. Odd, but it was never an issue.
