Audio Player Not Working on Squarespace embed inside courses

Hey everyone, I host music on my paid subscription service on squarespace with the embedded audio player widget by elfsight.

They are saying their audio files are playing for 8 - 9 seconds and then looping right back to the beginning. It seems to be an issue on the phone. Squarespace are saying it is not their end.

People using computers seem to be okay. Which squarespace said means it is an elfsight issue.

I really really need some help, please! Thank you
