After clicking a book button have the user be able to select from memberships to the one they want and sign up, pay and get confirmation. (Like Gym Master)

Our Form Builder app might be a nice option for your use case, but direct payments are not supported there now.
The good news is that we’re currenly working on adding the Stripe integration there. Please upvote this request to get notified about the feature release
