Is there a way to allow users to move freely between the pages/steps of a multi-step form without required fields preventing them from moving forward?

For example, I’d like users to be able to skip ahead to a later step without having to complete every required field on the previous steps first.

I’m fine with unanswered required fields still being flagged when moving to another step so if the user goes back, they can easily see what they missed. Ideally, though, the required fields would only be enforced when the user clicks the final Submit button.

Basically, I’d like the validation warnings to still appear during navigation, but not prevent users from moving between steps. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Hi there, @Taybraham 👋

I totally get where you’re coming from, but, unfortunately, this functionality isn’t supported now. I am really sorry!

We already have a request for this feature on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here: [Navigate Pages Without Filling Required Fields](https://community.elfsight.com/t/navigate-pages-without-filling-required-fields/102708)

If more users support this request, we might think it over down the line 🙂
