Max can I develop zap to extract the email from this form so that they receive transcript or are you gonna make feature for respondent receiving transcript?

Unfortunately, there is no way to implement this functionality now, but the good news is that we’re working on this feature. Please upvote this request to get notified about the feature release: Send chat history to website visitors
