# AI Chatbot widget stopped working

Hi Max, your great chatbot on [https://tandem-paragliding.center/](https://tandem-paragliding.center/) is not working anymore… I even cannot change/add new docs to the training area.  
I get the error message: “There was an error loading the assistant. Please try refreshing the page or check your connection. If the problem persists, contact support.” Even the link to support is dead.  
Since I have the Pro-Plan it should still work - any hint what could have gone wrong?

Hi Max, it worked for a few weeks until now.

Why do I get these messages and cannot change the uploaded docs when I have a a Pro Plan and just a few of the “Views” have been used already? How do I gain back control?

I’ve double-checked your widget and don’t see the notifications about a reached message limit and error loading assistant. I’ve also asked a question and the bot successfully responded:

Could you please double-check it? If the issue still persists, please try to check the widget in incognito mode.
