This feature helps you continuously improve your AI Assistant, making it smarter and more reliable over time 🚀

## **What’s inside the update?**

* * *

> **How are knowledge gaps identified and where can I find them?**
>
> After a thread is completed, it’s fully analyzed by the language model used in the widget. If the assistant couldn’t answer certain questions, they are added as **Knowledge Gaps** , which you can review on the **Knowledge** tab:

> > **Note:** Threads have been analyzed starting from **May 18** , so some of you may already see Knowledge Gaps in your widgets 🙂

> **What should I do with knowledge gaps?**
>
> There are **three ways** to handle Knowledge Gaps:
>
> - **Add Knowledge** – provide the correct information via Web Page, File, Text Block or Q&A, so your AI Assistant can answer this question in the future.
>
> - **Mark as Resolved** - indicate the gap has been addressed elsewhere
>
> - **Ignore** - leave it for now if it’s not relevant
