As far as I remember, you’ve had some issues with inappropriate responses, but you’ve tweaked the instruction and it started working fine.
The main issue for you was that test messages were included in the limit. I am happy to say that messages sent from the widget configurator are no longer counted, so you can test your chatbot without any limits
