Folks, we’re excited to share a new AI Chatbot update with three improvements focused on making the chat experience more flexible and easier to use. 
Whats New?
Customize the Chat Window size
You can now adjust the width and height of the floating chat window to better fit your website layout.
You’ll find the new Chat Window settings in the Placement & Layout section of the Settings tab:
Let visitors move and resize the chat window
Website visitors can now move the floating chat window around and resize it directly on your site.
This gives them more control over the chat experience and helps them use the widget comfortably on different screen sizes.
You can manage this option in the Placement & Layout section of the Settings tab:
A cleaner chat header
We’ve moved the New Chat, Mute/Unmute, and Save Transcript actions into the extra actions menu.
The header is now cleaner and keeps the most important controls front and center.
