Ai agent cannot learn my website by itself

Hello,

I once compared several AI agents (about 1-2 months ago). I registered my website as a trial. And I found that elfsight AI Agent was the best in learning about my website by itself. Especially that the AI agent could learn and answer about the tutorials in the website. As I found other competitor were not better than elfsight, I get back to elfsight and just buy a prepaid plan. But, however I find that elfsight AI agent now cannot work as good as the first time I tested it. The AI agent cannot answer questions that it could answer previously. I really need help to fix this.

Could you please share the following details:

  1. questions the bot processed incorrectly and the answers it provided

  2. correct answers to these questions

I asked the questions that is actually has been decribed in the tutorial pages. Such as about how to upgrade to pro plan, how to use image from pixabay, how to edit website menus, etc. And the AI cannot answer that. Previously, it answered accompanied by screenshoots from my tutorial pages.

I’ve checked the Web Pages section in the widget’s settings and haven’t found some links where the required info is stored:

For example, the answer to the question “How to upgrade to Pro” can be found on this page. However, this page wasn’t added to the Web Pages section.

I’ve tried to add it for a test and the bot started answering correctly.

Is there any fast way the check the completeness of the links instead of check all the links one by one?

The only solution in this case is to use the Knowledge Base search:

If a bot can’t answer a specific question, please enter the page URL where the answer is stored to the search and you’ll whether it’s available.
