Add extra levels for venues

I need an option that can sort venues in more levels. For example I want to create an event calendar for a region which are divided in 4 areas. In these areas there are different venues.

  1. level venue: Area name
  2. level venue: Local venue
    Now it can be overwhelming to present all 4 areas, without being able to filter into areas. It could be filtered by local venues however, but the list would be long and not interesting for first time visitors. Hope someone can understand what I mean.
