By the way, we also have a request for the Zoom integration. Feel free to vote on it if you like the idea - Set up integration with Zoom to create a meeting for booking

If it is too cumbersome to add the feature to edit the entire message, it would even be nice to change the verbiage of certain terms for the email in the same way you allow us to edit texts from the booking app itself. For example, I have web clients who would prefer not to use “client” or “booking,” and I have some clients who would like to use this app for volunteer slot scheduling for their non profits and everything in the app works great for this application except for the confirmation message verbiage.

All texts should be editable on confirmation email. Unfortunately this booking appointment feature is simply useless in Japan now just because the automated translation sounds extremely unprofessional and out-of-context.

I would like to customise the booking confirmation email with details of the zoom meeting. How do I go about that?

At the moment, it’s impossible to edit the confirmation email. However, this idea is added to the Wishlist, and I’ve moved your comment to this discussion.

That is a bit not nice as other booking software you are able to do that. This makes it not nice to use this. Can you not do custom css or custom js?

I completely understand your point, but there is no way to customize the text of the confirmation email, even with Custom CSS or JS. I am really sorry about that :pensive_face:

Hopefully the devs will be able to consider this idea, and I’ll be happy to update you here in case of any changes!
