Add a last updated date and next scrape date to the dashboard

I bet you have loads of cases for people saying their reviews are not updating - I know i have had to log it a few times - why not add a last updated and a next scrape date to the dashboard for each widget. It would save your support people a ton of time - maybe even a button to “scrape now”

Thanks a lot for your input, @Dominic_Gray!

You do have a point, and we completely understand your desire to have your reviews updated more frequently.

We’d be more than happy to reduce the cache time, but the main challenge is the financial aspect. Implementing an option to let you update your review manually would come with a high cost for us, which could significantly raise the subscription price. Since the current cache time is not an issue for the majority of our users, we decided to focus on keeping the subscription prices as affordable as possible.

We have a similar request on reducing the cache time which you may follow to get notifications in case of any news: Reduce Cache time

Also, we keep searching for other solutions, and hopefully, we’ll be able to find one

Thanks but the suggestion is just that you add the date it was last done and the next date it’s due on your dashboard - that costs nothing … so it’s clear if it’s just delay or if it doesn’t work - we often get -10-15 days behind realtime and that’s obviously Not right

Ah, now I see it, thanks! You’re suggesting that we showcase the next scrape date so you know exactly when the reviews will be refreshed, correct?

If so, maybe it could really add clarity to the reviews update process. Thank you for your suggestion! Let’s see whether other users find this idea helpful

Exactly - when the last scrape took place and when the next one is scheduled. Then everyone knows what’s happeneing and you have 5 million less support cases
