This is how things work in this category:

You report a bug in the Report a Bug subcategory, which gets verified by our Admins. If the issue you reported is a real bug, we will escalate it to our Development team for further investigation.

The In Progress and Closed subcategories are set to Comment Only. This way, our Admins will move the topics you open to the correspondent subcategory accordingly.

Once a bug gets fixed, our Admins will mark the topic resolved and move it to the Closed subcategory.
